He was informative, kind, patient and professional and really took his time making sure I was taken care of. He was truly looking out for me and made sure the deal and car were just right for me. BIG kudos to that man, best people person I have worked with. I financed part of the purchase and worked with Austin who was just as pleasant and helpful! They made sure I knew all of my options and it was a breeze. I was wrapped up and driving off the lot in three hours. I will never go to or recommend anyone else!

Worked with Alex to find a Rav4 that had everything I wanted and more! When the vehicle I had initially looked at sold, Alex worked diligently to find me something comparable for the same price point - which ended up being a year newer with 10K less miles! I have been pleased overall with this dealership for the last 14 years. Several years ago, I had some issues with one person in the service area which was handled by management without any further problems.

Horrible experience. Drove 5 hours from 2 states away for a truck just to arrive and be told it’s in the body shop. Leea McCrady offered no solution what so ever for her lies and waste of my time. Worst dealership I have ever encountered.

Didn’t know the difference between a rav 4 and Corolla cross and then were pushy about a deposit after being clear I had no interest

I was called by a representative asking me to come in for an oil change and free car wash for $30+ dollars. When I agreed we set an appointment for 9:30. I dropped the car off the night before and indicated I wanted to pick the car up at 11. That morning I got a text asking me which car wash I was paying for. When I arrived at the service department was informed they hadn’t even started on my car. I got my keys and left.
