“ Great service ”
“ (Translated by Google) Excellent car dealership. (Original) Excelente concesionario de autos. ”
“ I've bought two vehicles at Green's and been a customer since 2008. I've always been treated with respect and Green's has always been honest with me. I never thought I was getting a bad deal on any service or sale. ”
“ Devin was amazing to work with, helped us find our dream car!! Great service :) ”
“ I was treated fairly, efficiently and believe that I they had my best interest in mind for my vehicle needs . ”
Quick service, nice area to wait, clean restrooms.
“ Quick service, nice area to wait, clean restrooms. Friendly and polite service workers it was pouring rain and they brought the vehicle up to the door for us. Thank you. ”

“ Drove up about 20 minutes early and was told it would be a little more than an hour before the work would be completed. I was driving away a little more than an hour after the appointment. Happy with service and employees ”
“ Very good experience. Had an initial contact as a result of an online search inquiry. The responding sales rep (Colton) was very polite, professional, responsive and not aggressive at all. A week later I went to the dealership to view the inventory - the greeting staff was polite and my sales rep met me. After reviewing the vehicle of interest, the sales process thereafter was low pressure and easy going. As that part of the sales process concluded, I decided that I had to go home and think about the sales offer overnight. Much to my happy surprise, the sales rep was ok with my leaving and didn't resist my leaving at all. I returned the next morning and concluded the sale. I transitioned to the finance manager (Jim Cullen) and that went well also, taking maybe 30 min max, with minimal upsale at all. All in all a very good experience - fyi: currently at this time TMMK TM's can special order and still use vspp! ”
Colton McCrady was excellent to deal with.
“ Colton McCrady was excellent to deal with. Good communication on delivery date. The experience was good. Only comment would be the wait to meet the financing gentleman was excessive. Since I was paying for the car via check. Also running my credit report without my knowledge, left a bad taste. I strive to keep a high score 820-845. If you don’t trust my check, then I should have been advised of the final amount and I would have brought a Cashiers Check. But then you could not try to upsell the extended warranty. The extended warranty had three levels. They did not show the individual cost of each level, they showed the out the door total price. Typical car dealership ruse, they should just show the cost of each level. E.g. level 1 + $5000.00 ”
“ We had an amazing experience at Greens Toyota of Lexington and I genuinely cannot recommend them enough. This was the first time my boyfriend and I had gone together to look at vehicles, and honestly we were extremely nervous going into it. Our previous vehicle turned into a nightmare and we spent months putting more money into repairs than the car was even worth, so this was a huge deal for us. From the moment we met Drew “The Car Dude” North, everything felt different. He genuinely made us feel comfortable, cared about, and understood throughout the entire process. He never once made us feel pressured or treated us like just another sale. He listened to every concern we had, answered every question honestly, and took the time to really talk with us instead of talking at us. You could tell he truly cared about helping us find the right vehicle and making sure we felt good about our decision. He was so personable and easy to talk to that it honestly felt like we had known him forever. We cracked jokes the whole time and somehow he turned what should have been a stressful experience into one that was actually exciting and enjoyable. That meant a lot to us considering how anxious we were walking in. We ended up getting a 2018 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid and we absolutely love it already. Drew even went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was ready for us that same day even though it had not been serviced or detailed yet. The amount of effort, patience, and care he put into everything truly stood out. Also huge thank you to Steve in finance. He was amazing to work with and helped make everything smooth, easy to understand, and stress free. The website was easy to use, the reviews were great, and after experiencing everything ourselves, I completely understand why people speak so highly of this dealership. Thank you all for making such an important moment in our lives feel exciting instead of overwhelming. ”
Easy to work with.
“ Easy to work with. Very helpful. Quick buying process. Leea was our salesperson, she was great. ”
“ This was our second purchase from Brandon Ragland in a month. Very pleased with the whole purchase. Highly recommend Greens and Brandon Ragland for all of you vehicle needs ”
“ Friendly, Fast, Professional! Christian Gibbs at Green’s Toyota made the process easy! ”
“ Jeff Wilson was our sales person and he was outstanding, Always in communication throughout the process. ”
“ If you want a Toyota, ASK for Vu. I would buy all the rest of my cars from this amazing young man. He is smart, a great listener, action taker, will confident and will go to bat for you. Personally I have hired and trained hundreds of people in my career and I wish I had him. Remember- VU is his name ask for him and don’t settle for anyone else! Jill is mine. Thank me later! ”
“ I bought my vehicle 04/11/2026 Colton McCrady made my experience so smooth! With it being my first time ever financing a vehicle I am very impressed with how smooth and quick they made the process for me! Also, Austin the financing manager was amazing! I will definitely recommend Greens for a quick, easy and smooth process if someone is ever looking to buy a vehicle. ”
Great experience.
“ Great experience. Courteous and professional staff. Second car I've bought at Green's. If I buy another, it'll be from Green's. ”
The salesmen were extremely nice and helpful.
“ The salesmen were extremely nice and helpful. The showroom was inviting. Overall, it was an excellent experience. ”
“ Very pleased with staff, super nice! Leea McCrady helped me out with the best deal, knowing and understanding what will work best for me. She’s very considerate and will definitely get things situated the best she can to get what you want! ”
“ Wonderful experience across the board with our team at Green’s Toyota. We purchased a 2024 Grand Highlander for an exceptional deal. Ryan (Sales) - Super friendly, responsive, and not pushy at all. Would highly recommend. Jamie (Sales Manager) - Took care of us getting to a great price and closing a couple minor items (e.g. - repairing a small door ding) Austin (Finance) - Worked to get us the best financing rate. Even got a slightly better one after we signed and left with the car and had it adjusted to help out. Green’s provided the car buying experience we had hoped for! ”
“ Very nice and professional James is the goat ”
“ It was amazing experience really nice people there ”
“ Was looking for a new 4Runner. Green's had a couple available. 1 stood out as soon as I seen it. It had more options than what I was looking for, but boy oh boy, that was it ! Test drove , and immediately began the paperwork. The purchasing process went smooth , no hassles, even with a vehicle as trade in. They made a fair offer on that aspect. Drove home happy and delighted. Thank you Green's. ”
Great experience getting my oil changed.
“ Great experience getting my oil changed. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, I really appreciate the honest and efficient service. Highly recommend!” ”
“ Ron Snapp was my sales person and he was excellent. I had done a bit of homework before I went in and when I asked for a copy of the "rate sheet," Ron didn't flinch. He handed me a copy when Toyota of Nicholasville would not. I worked with the figures and we came to a workable monthly lease. There was no pressure and no shenanigans. It's really great to work with someone with integrity who responds to my text messages in a timely way. Ron knows the industry inside out, so if you're looking for a Toyota, go to Green's and ask for Ron. You won't be disappointed. ”
They do a good job with the work they do but miss small
“ They do a good job with the work they do but miss small things. Oil reminder light was not reset. ”
“ 1. It should not take ~2 hours to change oil, rotate tires, and do a handful of inspections. I could easily do those things in less than an hour in my garage with a floor jack. I would also have aired the tires to the correct psi (32 per the door jamb sticker) instead of 36. 2. If the service advisor is going to send a text telling me to "Let me know if you need anything", then when I reply asking for a service status after waiting 90 minutes for service that I was told would be completed in 80 minutes, he should reply. I should not have to wait an additional 15 minutes to send another request and never hear back. It's great that the "Toyota Care" service was done at no charge, but my time is not free and I should not have to correct things (e.g., the tire pressure) that were done incorrectly. One last thing not related to the vehicle service... While was sitting in the waiting area, a salesperson sat one chair away from me and discussed the financing of a vehicle with another couple. He was on the phone with a finance company and was openly discussing personal and private information, including the couple's SSN's, phone numbers, address, etc. It was shockingly unprofessional, so I moved to another part of the lounge. ”
While buying a new car, I felt like they confused and
“ While buying a new car, I felt like they confused and misled us as to exactly what we were getting and what they were willing to do. There was quite a bit of pressure to purchase add-on services/warranties. Then we had to sign a "We Owe" document that detailed what they were supposed to do for us. When we pointed out that everything we had mentioned was not listed, the assured us that it was no problem--they'd take care of us. After they got our money, we found out that it WAS a problem. In the overall scheme of things, these were minor issues and we just sucked it up. Skip ahead a year, and we're at 18.5K miles. We want to come in for the 20K service a little early. No problem, c'mon in. The service writer puts us down for a 30K service. When we point that out, he gave us some gobbly-gook about us not driving as much as average, blah-blah-blah. We felt like he was telling us we'd still get the 20K service, it was just a paperwork thing. When we picked the car up afterward, they HAD done the 30K service, and while it didn't cost us extra, if there was something on the 20K service but not on the 30K service we would've been angry. In this case, the 30K is a superset of 20K, so it didn't matter. But what about next time? This may be how all dealers operate, but it seems to us to be confusing/deceptive. No wonder car dealers have the reputation that they do! ”
“ I went today to resolve an issue from a car purchase in December 2025. It is May 2026. Evidently, whether it was a city problem or Green's problem no one can be sure, but 6 months after the execution of the sale, the city still believes I am the record title holder of the car and is sending me the tax bill. I went today to Greens to confirm they sent the paperwork and request their assistance in solving this issue and I was met with blatant blame-shifting and unacceptable hostility from the manager whose name was Bill. He continually put blame on everyone but Green's, including me for buying a car in December. (Unfortunately, my car at the time was on its last legs and I had no choice in the matter as to when to make a new purchase.) I was told by Bill essentially that it was my responsibility to go down to the county courthouse to resolve the matter; when I objected to doing so, he angrily and rather aggressively grabbed a phone and snapped me at me, saying I was "unwilling" to solve the problem (which should not be a problem because I completed all that was legally required of me as the seller), and yet there I stood simply trying to understand how this could have happened. His tone did soften a bit later, and he did print off an application for title. However, this process took over an hour and I was continually met with rudeness and excuses from Bill, and never an apology for even a remote possibility it could be Green's fault that they never communicated the sale of the car to the county clerk. I asked for a complimentary oil change and tire rotation to compensate me for the time I spent resolving this matter for both parties, and Bill simply laughed at me. Overall, It was an extremely disrespectful encounter and I am gravely disappointed in Bill and Green's. Two stars given for the sales associate we worked with in the sale. -3 for Bill and his utter lack of human decency, compassion, problem-solving, and anger management. ”
“ Worst dealership I have ever been to if negative stars where an option i would do -5 we drove up there wanted to pay asking . But then made up reasons the deal wouldn’t work so they could jack the price up 2,000$ the next day . Don’t waste your time or money here just go to Dan Cummins ”
“ If possible, I will give them a 0-star comment. I just after oil change , and then the car was parked at home for 10 days and almost didn't drive. Today, I drove to wash the car and found that there were a lot of oil stains on the ground. I suspected that it was the oil filter or the Oil Drain Plug leaking oil. When I checked it,the Oil Drain Plug is not tightened. I can twist the Oil Drain Plug with my fingers . It's too sloppy. Such a big company actually made such a low-level mistake! I suggest that you check whether there are oil traces on your ground after changing the oil. Fortunately, I didn't drive a long trip. If so, the engine would be scrapped. ”
“ Came here with my wife today. They made us wait 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, and they charged her $150 for it. Something I could do myself in 30 minutes, but they force you to do all your service through them. Completely outrageous and scummy. ”
“ Not a great experience; I took my car in 4 times, and it's still not fixed. I paid lots of money, and the supervisor said it was hard to detect the problem; it would have to get worse so they could diagnose it. Not a good answer. ”
“ This is a review on the service department. We drove almost an hour away because we have always preferred Greens. We purchased a used Toyota out of state and brought it to Greens since the car had always been worked on by Toyota and they would have the records of anything that might be needed. The service person talked to my husband and said it had the 100000 mile service and would need the 120000 mile service which was a spark plug change. The car is 18 years old so made sense and we paid close to $700 for the 120000 mile service minus an oil change because we had done that - so spark plugs and air filters and a once over on stuff. We get home and get an email with the carfax and look at it and the spark plugs were changed at the 100000 mile service. Regardless if the service guy failed to look at the 100000 mile service that was actually done - they could’ve seen these weren’t 16 year old spark plugs when they went to change. All we got was an apology and a discount on a future service. Future services with Greens won’t be happening. ”
“ I check in the car at 1:50pm and I was told the services will take 1 hour since it oil change. The services advisor was Charm Robinette and I never received a call. I went to receptionist desk at 3:30pm and I was told car was ready like 30 min ago. However, Charm was not present at desk and she never called or text where she told me she will. This is very unprofessional and unethical wasting my time! Then someone took my key to remove something from the car. The car was on but key missing. When I went to look for advisor she was gone from desk again. ”
“ I visited Greens Toyota 4/4/26 at 2:00pm. I wanted to visit a dealership that had a high review reputation, as where you purchase your vehicle is just as important as the brand you buy from. I was approached by a nice salesperson and let him know that I’d like to see a gently used Highlander and Grand Highlander that they had on the lot. I requested an extended test drive, as driving a vehicle with 10+k miles on it for an extended time is important to make sure any issues that may not be obvious to show up. With pushback, the sales manager agreed to let me do it on the Highlander. I asked them to appraise my current vehicle while I was gone, as I was there to purchase that day. I had my current vehicle terms and paperwork in the glove box, and forgot to remove it while I went on my drive. When I returned, the sales person mentioned to me where I financed my vehicle from, the exact date of purchase, my exact interest rate and payment. When I asked them where they got that information, they stated it was their years of experience in the business and working in finance. When all reality, it was because they had my paperwork I forgot to remove. I didn’t consent to a credit application or give them my exact payoff information, so it was obvious. But hey could tell I knew what they did and didn’t respond to anything I asked after that. They then stated they’re a local-owned company and if I want the best deal on my trade it’s better to sell my car to a national chain. Is this true? I’m truly disappointed and I wish I had a better experience as someone that was there to purchase that day. ”
“ I have a 25 Toyota Camry I bought new here and I get the worst customer service here. Now the phone answers as AI that is very terrible to deal with. In sales I asked them to send me some trucks they have that I was also considering purchasing and they never followed up or did anything other then say they are listed online. For servicing the car it's usually a all day event. Approximately 6hours for my 5k / oil change and to fix some manufacturers defects with rattles in the car, and at 10k it was just as bad to fix the cruise control that was having issues. This is with a pre booked appointment. ”
“ My first 3 oil changes were free for my 2022 Tacoma. They did great work with no issues. Once my warranty expired as well as paying out of pocket for services they did a poor job and mistreated my oil pan leaving the oil pan plug unsecured therefore leaking 6quarts of oil all over the planet and could have blown the engine up. That is very dangerous and I trusted them cause they are supposed to care about you. So I had to return my Tacoma for them to tell me what had happen ( obviously I knew ) and all they said was were sorry. My honest opinion— they want me to trade in and trade up for a new one and I don’t want to. So, if they can destroy my truck they’ll force me to buy a new one or replace a very expensive engine. That’s just one theory of many. Everyone makes mistakes but not Toyota. I will never be back to Greens Toyota and will be very cautious with other dealerships now. Sorry Greens Toyota but you know what you did. ”
